I recently stumbled upon It’s Ok to be Sleepy, and it’s a really sweet book for toddlers. It’s basically about a little baby who just does not want to nap. 😴 Instead of a fight, the parent just sings a soft lullaby. Honestly, the art might be the best part; it feels so warm and cozy.
It’s a simple story that kinda shows kids that feeling tired and needing a rest is perfectly fine. I think these books are so important. Naps are a huge deal for their little brains! You can actually read more on that from the Sleep Foundation right here. Definitely a thumbs up from me. 👍
